You have stated that any legal dispute shall be addressed in accordance with the procedure established by law before the relevant authorities. In that light, and for the avoidance of doubt, I record the following for your records.

I am currently residing abroad and have been away from Georgia since 9 July 2026. I do not reside at 27 David Mamuladze Street, and correspondence sent there does not reach me.

I am reachable at this email address, lfsxs@mailbox.org, and by WhatsApp on the number known to your company. Correspondence sent to either will reach me promptly. However, I cannot take phone calls, cannot receive SMS, and may not receive documents on that number other than via WhatsApp.

I ask that anything previously sent to the Batumi address, or communicated by telephone or by any means other than WhatsApp and email, be repeated to this email address, and that you acknowledge this request.

I should also correct one point in your letter of 17 August. You wrote that you had provided me with your business card and telephone number. I have no recollection of meeting you or of receiving a card from you.

I am still awaiting your response to my letter of 18 August, including to the factual matters set out in it, which your letter of 17 August did not address. My demands of 11 August stand, and the period I set for compliance expires on 25 August.
