Owners have reported pests in buildings of the Next Group: mice in Next Apartments, with video evidence, including inside apartments, and cockroaches in Next White.

In my view, the parasitical behavior of the Next Group is worse than these pests. Besides the egregious conduct described in the Summary, Next's unlawful seizure of the common property of Next White creates a monopoly on common area services that gravely dissatisfies owners, who cannot rid themselves of Next and have their own elevators used as leverage against them to collect the fees for the services.

To the owners of units in the Next buildings: the unsanitary conditions we are allegedly exposed to cannot be solved by us begging to unaccountable immoral people. We need to understand the proper avenue to govern our buildings ourselves. We may choose to delegate that function, but not to unaccountable contractors. I ask that owners consider action to remove the Next Group from our buildings, or we might never have peace in our own homes.
